1.Walking
Walking is one of the safest and simplest strategies to enhance fitness and health, including heart health, according to research results presented at the American Heart Association’s Epidemiology, Prevention, Lifestyle and Cardiometabolic Health Conference 2021. As a result, it can definitely help you live longer. If you don’t have time to walk, you can walk while doing your everyday business at home. Walking benefits the heart, lowers the risk of diabetes and cancer, among other illnesses.

2. Swimming
Swimming is a must-do if you want to live longer. Your entire body is activated, which makes it more flexible and strong. It also increases your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.
