Kaur says, “Exercise is always good for health. If you want a healthier life, you have to do some exercise. It can even help you live longer.”

5 Exercises to live longer

Here are 5 exercises for longevity, suggested by Kaur:

1.Walking

Walking is one of the safest and simplest strategies to enhance fitness and health, including heart health, according to research results presented at the American Heart Association’s Epidemiology, Prevention, Lifestyle and Cardiometabolic Health Conference 2021. As a result, it can definitely help you live longer. If you don’t have time to walk, you can walk while doing your everyday business at home. Walking benefits the heart, lowers the risk of diabetes and cancer, among other illnesses.

2. Swimming

Swimming is a must-do if you want to live longer. Your entire body is activated, which makes it more flexible and strong. It also increases your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. In fact, swimming can help you reach your weight loss goals if you’re trying to lose weight. Overall, swimming is a full-body workout. It slows down aging, strengthens your lungs and heart, and may lower your chance of sudden death.

3. Aerobics

In fact, cycling can support the immune system’s defenses against respiratory infections like COVID-19.
